Refund policy

We offer store credit only for eligible returns. You have 15 days after receiving your item to request a return.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

To start a return, contact us at dev@beachwood.com. Returns must be sent to: 1931 1/2 Sunset Plaza Drive, Los Angeles, CA 90069, United States. If your return is accepted, we’ll send you a prepaid return shipping label, along with instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Store credit
Approved returns are issued as Beachwood store credit for the amount paid, less the restocking fee below. Store credit never expires and can be used on any future purchase. You can view and spend your store credit anytime from your account at your customer account page. We do not offer refunds to the original payment method, except where required by law or for damaged, defective, or incorrect items.

Restocking fee
A 10% restocking fee is deducted from your store credit. The fee is waived for damaged, defective, or incorrect items.

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged, or if you receive the wrong item. We’ll make it right at no cost to you.

Exceptions / non-returnable items
Sale items and gift cards are final sale and cannot be returned. Please get in touch if you have questions about your specific item.

Exchanges
The fastest way to get what you want is to return the item you have for store credit, and use that credit toward the new item once your return is accepted.

European Union 14 day cooling off period
Notwithstanding the above, if the merchandise is being shipped into the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days, for any reason and without a justification, with a refund to your original payment method as required by law. Your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

Store credit timing
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return. If approved, your store credit will be issued within 5 business days. If more than 10 business days have passed since we approved your return, please contact us at dev@beachwood.com.
